Images and pattern data
Images selected in the photo converter are processed locally in your browser. The tool does not intentionally upload those images to our servers. Generated patterns, drafts and saved-library items are stored on your device using browser storage.
Website hosting data
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement.
Local storage and privacy choices
First-party local storage remembers your language, drafts, saved patterns and privacy choice. This information remains on your device and is not intentionally uploaded by the design tool. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data, although doing so may permanently delete saved designs. Use the control at any time to review optional-storage consent.
Anonymous product measurement
If you accept optional measurement, the site records events such as opening the generator, selecting a shape, generating a pattern and downloading a file. These events include a random browser session identifier, page, language and selected mode or shape. They never include uploaded images, generated grids, bead colors, names or email addresses.
Checkout and digital delivery
If you choose to buy the starter pack, the checkout opens on an external payment provider. That provider handles payment details, purchase emails and file delivery under its own privacy policy. This website does not intentionally receive or store your card details.
Advertising services
If third-party advertising or audience-measurement services such as Google AdSense are enabled, those providers may use cookies, local storage, device information and usage data to deliver, measure or personalize advertising. Optional services must respect the privacy choice collected by the site where consent is required. Advertising providers operate under their own privacy terms.
Affiliate links and Amazon
Some product links may lead to Amazon or another retailer and may be affiliate links. The link itself does not upload your saved designs. After you follow it, the retailer may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy to attribute purchases, remember preferences or measure activity.
Third-party links
Third-party websites control their own data practices. Review their current privacy policies before providing personal information or making a purchase.
Your data rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information submitted through our support form or associated with a purchase. Send the request through the contact support form, include the email address used for the request or purchase, and describe the action you want us to take. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.
The generator does not require a user account, so there is no account to close. You can remove locally saved patterns, drafts, language settings and privacy choices at any time by clearing this site's browser data. If account features are introduced later, the contact support form will also be available for account deletion requests.
Support messages
When you use the contact support form, we store the name, email address, message and submission time needed to reply and resolve the request. We do not sell this information and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
Data storage and security
Support messages, purchase delivery records and anonymous product events are stored with our hosting and database providers. We use HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, authenticated admin endpoints and encrypted-at-rest storage provided by those services. Payment card details are handled by the external payment provider and are not stored by this website.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We limit the information collected, keep uploaded images and generated designs in the browser where possible, and review access and retention when site features change. If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects personal information, we will take reasonable steps to contain it and notify affected users where required by law.
Children
The craft tool can be used by families and classrooms, but it is not designed to collect personal information from children. Adults should supervise image selection, ironing and external purchases.
Changes
This policy may be updated when site features or service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
